Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order separately. Once your return is accepted and processed, you may purchase the desired replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable restocking fee. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
